Seniors Matter for America Responds to Democrats’ Hearing on Medicare for All

This week, the Congressional Progressive Caucus held a formal hearing to advance their plan to strip seniors of their hard-earned and promised benefits, signaling Medicare for All is a top Democrat priority heading into the November midterms.
The hearing featured leading Democrat members of Congress and left-wing advocacy groups calling to eliminate private insurance and move all Americans into a single-payer government program, a direct threat to the benefits seniors have spent their entire lives paying into.
Democrats' Medicare for All proposal would eliminate coverage choices, strip seniors’ access to programs like Medicare Advantage, and force them into a one-size-fits-all government program. In contrast, President Trump has consistently and fiercely protected seniors' healthcare benefits throughout his administration.

Older Americans have paid into Medicare their entire lives and do not support Democrats' Medicare for All proposals. Seniors will show up in November to protect their hard-earned benefits and elect Republicans who are fighting for quality and affordable health care."
A recent poll shows senior voters overwhelmingly support candidates who protect their promised healthcare benefits and will punish congressional candidates who threaten their healthcare options.
