New Conservative Group Launches to Champion President Trump’s Seniors First Agenda Ahead of Midterms
Senior advisor Sean Spicer says President Trump is delivering for seniors, who are “key to MAGA victories in swing districts in 2026.”
Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer today announced the launch of Seniors Matter for America (SMFA), a conservative coalition dedicated to advancing President Trump’s seniors first agenda as he continues to deliver on making life more affordable for Americans in their golden years. The group champions policies that protect promised benefits for seniors, put more money in their pockets, and ensure their long-term health care because the MAGA agenda is led by America’s seniors.
Sean Spicer, senior advisor to SMFA, made the following statement on the group's launch:
“Last November, President Trump made a promise to protect Social Security, safeguard Medicare and drive down drug costs, and he’s moving at record speed to fulfill these promises he made to seniors, who are key to MAGA victories in swing districts in 2026. Our coalition exists to support President Trump as he delivers on his seniors first, affordability agenda and keep his leadership on these issues top of mind as his administration continues to secure a Golden Age for generations to come.”

In a new video accompanying the group’s launch, SMFA highlights how President Trump is delivering for seniors. The video notes that while the youth vote received a lot of attention during the 2024 election, the upcoming midterms will be decided by older Americans and it is essential conservatives don’t leave them behind.
